Job Description

• Holiday pay: 8% annual salary
• Reporting to: Head of Jewellery department
Profile:
• Working experience required is minimum 3 years.
• Must be computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office and internet (A test will be conducted during the interview).
• Must have leadership, training, development and monitoring skills.
• Excellent Communication skills (must speak and write English properly), self motivation, punctuality and ambition
• Dexterity and ability to assemble items is necessary.
• Flexibility is required as long working hours may be required at times.
The Role:
1. You will train craftswomen in assembling custom jewellery items.
2. You will constantly monitor the work of every craftswoman to ensure the high quality standards set by the company are respected at all times.
